Vaccination Services
Anglia Health Solutions provides additional health care solutions that are not currently available from the NHS but does so working alongside and in partnership with your local hospital or health care practise.
We already provide a range of services that are available to patients now, or are in the last stages of development. We hope to add many more. These health care services are currently available at our clinic at Hinchingbrooke Hospital on a Saturday mornings but we hope to expand our operation to include clinics at other locations as soon as possible
Vaccination
The object of vaccination is to provide the recipient with immunity against an infectious disease. In various parts of the world the local population has developed an immunity to specific diseases. This is a form of active immunity and it is generally long lasting, persisting for the entire life of an individual.
Vaccination is an artificial method of creating this same type of active immunity against a specific disease, in some cases the protection also persists for a long time whilst in others the recipient is required to have booster vaccinations at regular intervals to sustain the immunity.
